The company reported a significant increase in parcel delivery volume by 15%, exceeding the previous year’s figures and delivering an impressive 486 million parcels in 2024. This burgeoning growth aligns with the company’s strategic decision to open nearly 9,000 new branches and parcel terminals, including establishments in frontline areas, which has significantly bolstered their service network to encompass over 37,000 service points across the country.
The key to this accelerated growth lies in Nova Poshta’s continuous efforts to enhance its infrastructure and streamline operations. The introduction of automated terminals and the development of new sorting hubs have played a pivotal role in improving the efficiency and speed of order fulfillment. Remarkably, within the first nine months of 2024 alone, Nova Poshta successfully delivered 336 million parcels, marking an impressive 17% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. By October 2024, the company had expanded to operate 12,000 branches and over 20,000 parcel terminals throughout Ukraine, supported by a dedicated workforce of approximately 35,000 employees.
