Nova Poshta, the leader in express mail services in Ukraine, has taken a significant step in enhancing its international operations by launching a service for the delivery and sending of parcels and documents from InPost parcel terminals in the United Kingdom, including Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. With this service, the company aims to offer its customers in the UK a more convenient and efficient way to send and receive parcels.
Choosing the Appropriate Parcel Terminal
Selecting a parcel terminal for your delivery is easier than ever. Customers can choose a suitable terminal directly on the Nova Poshta website in their business account or through the mobile application. This feature simplifies the process, reducing the need for customers to go out of their way to send or collect parcels. The integration with InPost terminals allows for smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.
Preparing the Shipment
To utilize the parcel terminal service, certain specifications must be adhered to. Parcels should not exceed 15 kilograms and should fit within the dimensions of 41x38x64 centimeters. Once the parcel details are entered online or via the mobile app, customers must indicate that the delivery will be handled through a parcel terminal. The next steps involve paying for the delivery online and receiving a QR code, which must be scanned when placing the parcel in the terminal cell. This systematic process ensures that parcels are properly prepared and tracked.
Retrieving the Parcel
Upon arrival in the UK, parcels will be stored in the parcel terminal for two days. Recipients will be notified via SMS about the parcels’ availability. If the parcel is not collected within two days, it will be moved to the Nova Poshta sorting depot in London, and another notification will be sent to the recipient. This mechanism is put in place to ensure that parcels are not lost and that customers are kept informed about the status of their deliveries.
Expanding Services
Nova Poshta is not limited to the UK alone. The company delivers parcels and documents both within the country and from Ukraine to 14 other European countries. Plans are also underway to establish an exchange between the UK and Moldova soon. Nova Poshta’s extensive network and its collaboration with InPost, which operates around 7,000 parcel terminals and 1,600 parcel collection and delivery points in the UK, underline its commitment to broadening its services and reaching more customers effectively.
By leveraging InPost’s robust infrastructure, Nova Poshta has facilitated a more streamlined and accessible service for their UK customers, ensuring timely and efficient parcel deliveries across various locations. This collaboration represents a significant advancement in international shipping and demonstrates Nova Poshta’s dedication to innovation and customer service.
